Alcea Hollyhock 'Queeny Purple'

A 2004 AAS winner, Queeny is a dwarf Hollyhock reaching only 2-3 feet in height. A perennial that blooms the first year from seed, this variety produces a profusion of fully double blooms in a rich shade of purple from early to late summer. Strong stems require no staking, and with this shorter height, Queeny is an ideal candidate for containers as well as the border. Hollyhocks grow well in moist, well drained soil in full sun. Pkt. 30
