Eupatorium rugosum Chocolate has chocolate tinted foliage that doesn't fade to green in summers heat. Forming clumps 3 feet wide, it obtains a height of 5 feet. Stems are topped with long lasting, fragrant clusters of snowy white flowers in late summer making a striking contrast to the dark foliage.
