A fast growing carefree vine, Mandevillea produces lovely ivory white trumpet shaped blooms in fragrant clusters. With a rich, gardenia-like scent, summer evenings on the patio can be enjoyed with a powerful, sweet fragrance wafting from moonlit blooms. A very underused vine, Chilean Jasmine can be grown in full to part sun with well-amended moist soil. Growing to 15 feet, this variety of Mandevillea is a slender growing vine and is very tolerant to residing in containers making it a perfect choice for placing near a door or window.
