Fish pepper is 19th century heirloom. It is very ornamental with beautiful variegated green and white foliage on 18-24 inch plants. The amazing thing about this unusual plant is the pepper's are also variegated with green, orange, brown, and cream stripes before they ripen to all red. With a medium-hot heat scale, it is also edible. Fish is an interesting plant for your vegetable garden, and makes a nice border plant in your flower garden as well.
