Pandorea jasminoides Bower of Beauty Vine NEW FOR 2008

A tropical plant, this elegant vine displays evergreen jasmine-like foliage that is easily trained on trellises or fences. Pandorea displays clusters of lovely 2 inch pink blooms that are funnel shaped with an intense dark pink throat. Attractive to butterflies and hummingbirds, this easy to grow vine will bloom vigorously from March through September with occasional blooms throughout the rest of the year. Grown in full to part sun, it is drought tolerant when established. Reaching a height of 15 feet, pandorea is hardy in zones 8-11 but is quite happy grown in containers to be brought in for the winter in cooler climates. Very tolerant of pruning, this makes a great houseplant. Blooms in 3-4 months from seed. Pkt.10
