Phaseolus Caracalla 'Snail Vine'

Hardy to zone 9, this evergreen perennial climber is a fast growing vine that blooms the first year from seed. Quick to cover fences and arbors, Snail Vine produces loads of fat, swirled, curly snail-shaped blooms in a rich shade of purple. This variety is non-fragrant, but what it lacks in scent, it makes up in lush growth with tons of unusual shaped blooms. Fun and easy to grow in full to part sun and well drained soil.
