Phytolacca Variegated

Variegated Phytolacca p.americana, 'Silberstein' is a rare variety of pokeweed that originated from Japan. This is a beautiful, architectural plant that displays bright golden leaves mottled with cream and flecked with dots of lime on burgundy red stems. Then as a bonus, the blooms are 5 inch long racemes of drooping white flowers that are followed by shining purple-black berries. This is a hardy perennial which grows 6 to 8 feet tall. Pkt.30
