A versatile and unusual plant that produces clusters of pretty purple-pink orchid-like flowers that mature into large pointed seed pods. Young pods are edible much like Okra and can also be used in dried floral arrangements, basket weaving and other crafts. Plants have a sprawling nature and will grow 18-24 inches tall and wide. With an almost exotic appearance, this plant isn't for the tidy garden, but it is a very remarkable and rewarding plant nonetheless. Grows in full sun and average soil. Pkt. 10
