Veronica incana Silbersee

$2.75

Attractive silvery gray foliage support deep blue tubular blooms on compact 12 inch spikes in mid summer. The foliage looks as if it has been encased with frost or a light snow which makes a beautiful and interesting color contrast. Mature plants grow to 12 inches tall and spread 16 inches wide with a nice mounding habit that looks tidy even when plants are out of bloom. Grow in well-drained, moisture retentive soil in full sun to morning shade. Soils should be on the rich side with a sandy organic soil working the best. Plants will flower the second year but the first year the plants form into a nice attractive clump. Hardy perennial in zones 3-8. Pkt. 25
