Sow lobelia from late winter to mid spring on the surface of seed starting mix, gently firm down. Place the seed tray in a polythene bag and keep at 63-73F. Keep the soil damp but not wet. Do not exclude light as this aids germination which usually takes 14-28 days. If seeds don't germinate, refrigerate for 4 weeks and bring to 70F.
