

Flowering the first year from seed, this pretty and graceful perennial blooms throughout summer on 32-40 inch arching stems. Attractive to hummingbirds and butterflies, gaura is ideal for the border and makes an excellent companion plant for combination planters. Hardy in zones 6-9, heat, drought, and humidity tolerant, 1 inch white flowers are tinged in pink and bloom nonstop from July to frost. Full sun and well drained soil. Pkt. 25
Sow seed in cell packs or flats, press into soil, do not cover. Kept at 70° F., germination is in 21to 35 days. Direct sow in groups of 3-4 seeds spaced 24 inches apart. Thin to the strongest plant.
