

Drought & heat tolerant, this easy to grow perennial is accustomed to poor soils & little care and produces clusters of deep reddish-pink flowers from June to September. Sow seed in cell packs or flats, press into soil but do not cover. Light aids germination. Kept at 70 F., germination is in 14-28 days. Can direct sow into the garden (lightly cover) thinly in rows spaced 24 inches apart. Thin to 2-3 feet apart.
