Ideal for containers and borders, Melting Fire produces curled foliage in shades of deep red that deepens to burgundy in fall. Airy panicles of snow white blooms contrast nicely with deep red stems and dark foliage. Hardy in zones 4-9, this showy perennial forms large clumps that reach 18 inches tall and wide. Blooms appear in June - July in full sun to part shade. Approximately 20 pelleted seeds.
