Eryngium giganteum Miss Wilmott's Ghost
One of the most impressive summer plants you can grow with unbelievable metallic silvery-blue leaves, flowers and stems. The word gigantea refers refers to the flowers, not the plants which are rarely more than 2 feet high. A true specimum plant, Miss Wilmott's Ghost adds elegance to the border and is equally beautiful at night as it reflects moonlight and grandeur. At home in the border but makes an outstanding container plant that contrasts well with brighter hues and deep red foliage. Hardy in zones 4-8. Pkt. 20
