

Veronica is a beautiful addition to the perennial border with dramatic deep blue spikes held about large glossy foliage. Plants reach a compact 22 inch size with a bushy growth habit in zones 4 and up. Grows well in full to part sun and well drained soil. Underplant with Verbena Tuscany Pink Picotee and Gomphrena Ping Pong White for a play of color and form. Pkt. 25
Sow in moist seed starting mix, just cover with thin layer of mix or vermiculite. Germination takes 21-30 days at 70-75F. Sealing in a plastic bag after sowing is helpful. Place in the dark until the first seedlings appear and lower temps to 66-69F until 2 sets of leaves appear. Transplant to garden 12 inches apart.
