This drought tolerant plant is one of the easiest perennials to grow and will begin to flower about eleven weeks after sowing. Sow 4-6 weeks before last frost in moist potting mix and just cover seed. Keep at 68 degrees for germination which should occur in 2-3 weeks. Lower temperature to 60-65 degrees and transplant to permanent position after 2 sets of true leaves appear.
